If you have booked into a class and wish to cancel, you must process the cancellation through the online booking system at least three hours prior to the scheduled commencement time of the class. For Mysore Program bookings, cancellations must be made by 6pm the night before to allow others the opportunity to join. 

Cancellations via phone, email or any other method other than through the online booking system will not be accepted on the same day. 

Class Passes - students will have one class deducted from their pass. 

AAA Member - a $15 deduction will be automatically processed. If payment cannot be processed, then future booking restrictions will apply. 

* Fee/deduction will only be applied if the class was Fully Booked.
