A flowing practice linking breath with movement. The practice guides you towards building internal heat, cultivated through attention to breath and a faster pace. Linking postures through seamless transitions, this class that gives us an opportunity to explore and expand. Come to your mat with an open mind and find a little extra freedom in your spirit. All levels are welcome.
