This workshop is about laying foundations for Healthy Hips – Hip Mobility, Stability & Functionality. 


Exploring ways to safely and confidently approach certain asanas, and create more awareness and healthier movement patterns. We all have different anatomical structures and individual variances in flexibility and mobility, and we can embrace that with a non-dogmatic BUT conscious approach to alignment. 


Suitable for practitioners of all experience.
