This is a practice of intentional rest. Delve into conscious rest through the combined practices of restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Restorative yoga postures gently guide us to a state of comfort and relaxation, preparing for a deeply restful, guided meditation practice called yoga nidra. This is a practice which allows our systems to rest and replenish.
